All byproducts of a litigation – happy environment we now live in. Investors lost 50% of their investment and are looking for compensation through the too-easily accessible court system. Class action lawsuits represent zero risk to the plaintiffs; all upside, zero downside. Lawyers will look for any errors made by management or mis-representation and hope to find an out of court settlement from a company with deep pockets.
