Haven't heard that and I don't foresee it happening just yet since we're easily keeping up with attrition. Looking towards the future just assume each carrier will one up each other by $.50 to a buck per hour or some kind of bonus around $5k-$20k and that'll most likely depend on if you have an ATP or type already. These wage increases are geared to a newhire and not the pilot group since that's way cheaper and not really necessary. Remember this... It's not personal it's just business. I've used that line and it's kept me pretty upbeat while going through the years.
