I'm currently in the process of making this decision, but am using a 3-year outlook. It's tough to estimate when you'll get called up to the bigs, and the longer it takes for that to happen, I believe favors Spirit. Of course it depends on which regional, how quick upgrade is, and the possibility of a flow or similar program. Lots more to think about than just first year pay.
