You can use whatever is legal in 61.159 and/or 61.160 to be employed. To help, you can use hours from the ATP-CTP course and Envoy's new hire training program, for a total of 42 hours (10 at ATP-CTP and 32 at Envoy), towards your total flight time requirement. If you are short the 50 hours of multiengine time, you can use up to 25 hours in a full-flight simulator as part of a 121 program (i.e. Envoy's new hire training) to help you meet the 50.

Therefore, the minimums you can start class at Envoy, assuming all other 61.159/61.160 requirements are met, are:
1458TT and 25ME (for those requiring 1500TT for an ATP),
1208TT and 25ME (for those qualifying for a 1250TT R-ATP),
958TT and 25ME (for those qualifying for a 1000TT R-ATP), or
708TT and 25ME (for those quailifying for a 750TT R-ATP).

Also bear in mind that if you have less than 500 hours of XC, you can obtain a R-ATP with at least 200 hours of XC provided all other requirements of 61.159/61.160 are met.
