Wish I could see it. I need to make a decision about what class date to accept from two places by monday mid day. One of them is Piedmont and one is Endeavor. I can tell you if this would go through for Piedmont it would be a game changer. I am worried about going in blind and it not working out like the other two got. I will say this: I've been here for over 5 years and although my emotions do get to me from time to time, I have honestly enjoyed my time here. There will be things that frustrate you no matter what airline you choose...take a look at the major threads sometime, now that is a **** show. After speaking again with some folks I trust, I believe we will get something done here. Then you will have quick movement, upgrade, the flow, decent benefits, etc...
Endeavor may give you more money, but there are no guarantees with the interview at big D, their travel benefits are not what Delta's are, etc. You could apply to Delta from PDT as well, I just heard yesterday that we had a pilot leave for there recently. PDT is small and growing, and sure we're going to **** it up from time to time but I think overall you will enjoy the small airline feel we can offer you.
