Alright, I have a contract question for you guys. There were about 55 guys that got awarded a BT from OFE to DFE. All but 15 of those pilots have transferred to Dfw. Junior pilots are coming into Dfw before they are allowed transfer. They were scheduled to be here in July and then two weeks prior they got pushed back, same thing happened in august, and again in September.
Can they indefinitely push this back?
How can they allow someone junior to them to transfer to Dfw and make them wait?
It also would depend on when they got the award. So if you look at the flow plan and see that Junior pilots were transferred and they were all on the same award (the Award Date), then you might have a good case.
Also, each award has a "enter training no later than" date. Theoretically, they should get their transfer before that. Historically, it's been WAY before that date. So, no, they can't push their BT date indefinitely.
