Well, they can't dick around forever. That's kind of why we are in mediation. Also, as far as merger I don't think they are delaying with the intention of merging. They don't plan that far out but it will be our luck for sure. Pretty depressing.
I'm all for a merger if it means POS Jyurinal & Bendover get ****canned
