Assuming this person is looking for a regional to work out. If so why would it matter if it's AQP or not.
Continuing Training is something that's going to be a big factor of your career...for the rest of your career. It's a QOL of life thing. I doubt many have ever refused to go somewhere because they didn't have AQP, but I could easily see it being one of many things that would lead to that decision.
I know I would rather go somewhere that had AQP vs a tradition training/PC setup. Honestly if it came down to two potential employers who were pretty equal in every other way, I would choose the one with AQP.
