Reserve is not fun. However as advertised in ground school two months is all I spent & now I have a line. There is some light at the end of that tunnel.
The issue is, C5 probably has the worst reserve language in the industry.
It literaly consists of the following "can not be assigned airport reserve for longer than 8 hours" & "if not assigned a trip by 1900 on last reserve day, you will be released"
That's all alpa could muster in the last contract.
We need to continue filling classes. Some people will be stuck on reserve for a while.
