Over at 9E our company wants to either extend retention bonuses for the long term, or increase pay rates at the end of bonuses since the uncertainty is a major turn off for applicants. We still have several years before the bonuses end, but the new generation is more forward looking so they want to get ahead of the curve.

Well, although I'm not thrilled about the new pay structure it is a vast improvement. That was posted before all the details were out and although pay decreases by 10,000 dollars on year 4 it's much better than the inaccurate details I was getting about PSA. This is a huge step in the right direction and I can only hope we can make positive changes like this in our QOL work rules and schedules.
70 new hires in two months is a significant step in the right direction for clearing up stagnation. Now that we have this new pay scale I am hopeful we will able to do even better.
