I don't think it's much different than the other majors but the app is significantly less detailed so you've got to make certain you are selling yourself at every opportunity. Seems they are taking higher time guys (relative to other majors). Avg, I think, is around 8K TT and maybe slightly older average age (37-38??) as well. They keep the background mix pretty diverse but what is constant amongst newhires is activity beyond flying the line (check airman, safety dept work, training, etc). The company is also big on giving back to the community so you should probably have a decent amount of that too. Otherwise, embrace the tried and true platitudes of: network-network-network, and apply everywhere. Best of luck.
