Keep in mind that some mid-seniority locals have been bidding reserve even though they could hold a line, since the lines are so bad. If the lines ever improve that could change. On the captain side almost the top third of the reserve list is people who could hold lines if they wanted to. Some are very senior, not far from flowing.
