"Still" held at 50 seats? Scope (at DAL at least) never was limited to 50 seats. We used to allow unlimited RJs at 70 seats or less, plus 20 more 88-seaters at ASA.
The real problem was that toxic setup. We've been working for 20+ years to try to right the ship. The process is slow and full of missteps, but believe it or not we actually have made some great progress in the scope and RJ issue.
Has the real progress been made by "us" or by market forces? Have "we" made progress in bringing down the price of oil?
