I've known some big guys who flew lears, but they all said they had to sit sideways the whole time.

I think you're qualified for regionals, you could ask around about which RJ's can accommodate your size. You'd fit fine in a CRJ, and I think an modern ERJ. You'd be fine in all mainline aircraft although a 73 might be snug getting in and out. You'd upgrade in 2-4 years and that would put you around $80K, but obviously a different lifestyle.

QOL can be quite good at many regionals IF you pick the base and company carefully, live in base, and delay upgrade for seniority. FO pay would be about $50K, maybe a bit more with the current hiring frenzy and associated bidding war.
