Nope...but why draw a line in the sand for something that isn't going to have much impact if we adopt reasonable limits? Unlike the past (and you might want to check your quote because I believe it was George Santayana and not Churchill who is the source), we now have "little" jets on order for the mainline. As we grow that economy of scale, the value of the contracted-out 64/76 seat market becomes less viable. There will still be markets/frequencies where the CS100 is not viable but its presence will certainly mitigate the need compared to say an 88/90 or even 717.
