Doesn't matter. They were going to get the 190 anyway (and still might who knows) and those were going to be the rates.
They also have a one year freeze (that we gave/sold them) in exchange for the OE trip drops. Now they want to make it a 2 year freeze, and get rid of the OE trip drops LOL!
If the 1 year freeze holds, then the "lower second year pay" matters far more to them than it does to us. What they need to do regardless is take our TA'd 320 rate as a template and whatever percentage we are above JB, add that same percentage to our E-190/CRJ-900 rate and they'll have no problem recruiting pilots to the airline (at least not because of that) and no problem keeping guys in the plane because the rate would be acceptable and the seniority would be stratospheric.
