That's not even the union posturing during contract negotiations, it's just the sad damn truth. Weather has nothing to do with the current meltdown. A lack of gates and ramp/gate agents due to a short sighted management team at our main hub has created a bottleneck in the system. The company has been saying for months now a quick fix is around the corner but if anything the problem keeps getting worse. Look at the flights leaving DEN this morning. EVERY SINGLE FLIGHT in the last 2 hours and for the next 3 hours has or will leave late. The weather in Denver has been great for days. If you really want to get depressed check out the Frontier Twitter Feed, horror story after horror story. I know there will always be some bargain hunter willing to buy a $39 ticket but we're really starting to test the boundary of poor service in regard to repeat customers.
