PSA and Envoy are different pilot groups entirely. They probably placed emphasis on senior FOs getting a bonus because there are a large amount of senior FOs at Envoy. PSA needs new hires, that benefits our relatively junior pilot group as a whole, the most. We did try and get more money for our CAs, but all that AAG would come up to was $7500.
