I am in a mid-size fleet that new hires are being assigned to. I would say the average leg is 1.5-2 hours. We do get some days that are 4-5 legs under 1.5. At least once a tour I will get a short reposition leg followed by a 3+ hour leg. My longest leg has been right at 6 hours door to door. The schedule all depends on where you are when the computer assigns, or reassigns, the trip.
