The deals are the same pretty much across the board. No increase in pay rates at all, just change in what year you hit levels on the current pay scale. So how did PSA come up short, or junp the gun? They actually talked them into raising the bonus for CAs.
They left money on the table and didn't work with the other MECs.
I know it's a tough pill to swallow when your reps aren't really doing what's best for everyone, but it happened. One of them has an abnormally high number of roll call votes and he's flowing soon. Don't you think that should raise some eyebrows?
