I think this topic has been hit on before. The bottom line is the lowered hiring minimums to attract recruits offers another path to 1500 hrs. For some pilots, we are a stepping stone. I have flown with a number of FOs in this position. While it is a good company, it also can have a niche type of employee - not all companies offer a base in northern New England or allow broader home basing opportunities. Additionally, while offering plenty of professional development from a flying and operating standpoint, that won't directly reflect on your resume when you show 1000+ hrs of ASEL turboprop time.

I don't think people are leaving because they are abused or get poor benefits or the like. However, if you are trying to reach career milestones in a quick manner, you won't do it by staying at PlaneSense. It's just the nature of the product they are providing. Even if you greatly increased pay rates, it is just more difficult to offer them the resume builders that will help them later.
