That's not entirely true. The flow will not be stopped bit a pilot's eligibility to flow can be (correct me if I'm wrong) if he receives a "final warning" from PSA management. At PDT, the only thing that could stop a pilot from flowing would be an OPEN disciplinary hearing at his time to flow.
And, saying that PSA's flow can be stopped by management if you "have a final warning" on your file is almost the same as saying that Piedmont's flow can be stopped by management if you have an "open disciplinary action". Both are far fetched.
