The company is great when it comes to safety and operations. People are just leaving because many want to go mainline someday. Which is impossible to do if you have 50 hours of multi and 1,500 hours of single engine time. Not to mention PSA,ENVOY,Piedmont, and Endeavor are offering first year pay of 50,000-60,000.
