It doesn't matter how many days are green. Or if it's super duper green. YOU CANT STRAIGHT UP DROP RSV DAYS.



Only thing you can do is trade Rsv days with your off days.



If the day you're leaving is red then you're stuck.

If you're leaving a green or black day for a red day then they're suppose to give it to you.
