If you really want to think along those terms, AAG and WO management could stop ANY of the flows from the WOs at ANY time they choose. Contractual or not. And they'll just say, "too bad, grieve it". And then we would all go to court, arbitration, etc... All the get a class date 10+ years from now and a few thousand in a compensatory "no hard feelings" offer.
I wasn't implying that PSA's flow would be stopped, someone else said that. And i agree, it is far fetched, but i know a PSA Captain who received a final warning for a totally BS reason whereas had he been at PDT his flow status would have continued when the disciplinary investigation had concluded. Too think this will happen in mass is absurd, i was simply pointing out that there are different conditions in our flow agreements and Piedmont's seems more secure.
