as you could imagine it would be tough to explain "not seeing a notification" when you were maybe "expecting to get one" and your keystrokes on PFC can timestamp you as being online during the notification posting. That being said, our CBA is very vague with our notification definitions. I assume that vagueness protects us as well as the company and might be better to keep it that way.

Another example is what if you are off duty and see a notification? Are you CBA legal to ignore the notification until you begin a duty period? This is how they try and change your RA/RB periods...during your off duty time.
