LRSRanger, They pay to be First Officers. They know what they are getting into before they come. To state the fact correctly, it has nothing to do with people native to Asia. It's Eagle Jet FO's that do not receive accommodations on layovers. Ameriflight employed first officers receive hotel rooms.
