Did you talk to this FO and get some details to share with the forum?
Settle down. Only time you see an NJA pilot in the FBO sleeping is when they are required to be at the airport for tentative or hot spare. That is WAY different than having nowhere to go during your layover because the company won't provide you with a hotel.
