It paints the company in a poor light, and yes, the fact that they expect a uniformed employee to essentially live 5 days a week at a FBO shows a lack of respect toward that individual as a person, as a fellow professional, and as an aviator wearing AMF colors. AMF doesn't care about any of this, and is happy to sign a contract which leaves one of their pilots in the lurch, as long as it makes a buck.

Other than the EMB-120's, the rest of the fleet is single pilot. Tell me again why we would pay for accommodations for FO's that are not required for flight and detract from already thin margins?
