Wrong, Eagle Jet FOs are not employees. The Korean Air pilots live off an allowance that is part of their program. If you want them to have a hotel, maybe you should take it up with Korean Airlines.
They have a AMF photo ID and are .293 and .299 qualified to fly revenue producing runs. They log time under op specs. We use them to qualify for reduced minimum takeoffs. They wear the same uniform as captains. But yea, they aren't actually employees so eff them right?
