Not to be a downer but unless you have been actively prepping and studying for the CPL ride you will likely need more than just the required 3 hrs of instruction prior to a commercial check. My advice would be focus on that then decide which route to go. There's tons of jobs out there, be it your Lear connection or aerial survey or regionals.
