UAL does not have a flow through agreement with ANYBODY. Including the flight school mentioned above or ANY regional airline. What they are developing is a preferential interview program. WAY different than a flow through agreement.
As it was put by a friend of mine, it's NOT even a preferential interview program like DAL's SSP.
It's only a preferential initiate the selection process program. Just like an OTS candidate, the HPI is screening out a lot of good people. So they don't even make it to the interview.
