I wouldn't be. The timelines on these things with the RLA gets dragged out considerably. We may info picket.....wouldn't be surprised if we start that in the next few months...
But next big step is mediation and that could take years.....look how long some of the other carriers have been in negotiations and mediation....and they already have contracts......they're just trying to amend some of the sections.......
I hope I'm wrong, but this could drag out a long time.
Thats what Im saying F16- Strike vote is inevitable. No way a TA is voted on before 2018 unless we implement picketing, strike vote etc. Time to get real here guys- Management will just stall and throw crap at us until it costs them.
