I got my GV Sim Type in Dubai. The cost was quite expensive.
I do believe in NYC Flight Safety has the new G550 Sim . I am not sure though.
Dubai has an operating G550 since last May 2007

As far concern flight time you need the basic JAA ATPL hours if you flight overseas
