There is no way to answer that question. The imputed taxes are randomly applied. It is a punitive measure from the company's heavy handed tactics from years ago.
New FOs are based in ANC and they may have to travel to ANC 3-4 times a month. If the price of a ticket is $650, then your pay statement would show that you made $2400 and you will be taxed on that. You could end up losing money.
We had pilots who were forced to quit before we had gateway when the company opened the Stansted base in the UK. It was costing them money to go to work.
