I heard Frontier has been doing an aggressive style interview? Is it airline specific? Target Frontier use..? Use one to get an interview and another to get by the interview?
What is the best career prep company for the application? Testing?
Interview?
I used Clark Aviation Consulting, and thought she did a great job. Got the job offer and I'd say the prep certainly helped. As far as the interview, I haven't heard about any format changes to the scenario based/hr panel/some 1 on 1 time but I could be wrong. Either way, the investment in interview prep will be worth the cost.
Best of luck, the pilot group here is, for the most part, phenomenal. If you get the nod, show up ready to work and stand alongside the rest of us to get a competitive contract.
