Sad thread. Went from zero to bicker in just a few posts.

Envoy is what you make of it. Right now, choices are limited when it comes to bases. Might that change? Yes, but don't base a career on it. The pay has changed significantly for the better, but that pay is also planned out in such a manner that you aren't expected to stay at ENY for long. They expect you to flow. What happens if you don't due to factors outside the industry's control? There are also QOL issues right now, and those have not been resolved. The flow? It works in fits and starts. It hinges on new hires. Right now, the flow is picking up along with hiring and some upgrades, so it's looking better for everyone. AA is projecting a need to hire over 750 next year, so if the flows go when they're supposed to and the hiring at ENY can sustain those numbers it'll be a great time to be a pilot here.
