Yeah NorCal is very stagnant on the Captain side, while SoCal seems to be in constant flux. Although that will probably change in the next few months.

It's a great place to work for some much needed QOL. I'm sticking around for awhile. There's been some drama in the last 6 months with base realignments, but that happens everywhere it seems. For instance, LAX used to be a huge base for American Eagle. Dulles, Kansas City, & Denver were failed experiments at XJT. The list goes on.

The job is fun, the people are awesome. The QOL is great. Even if you only stay for a year, you will have a lot more fun than you will at any regional.
