57k is without bonus. You get 10k bonuses upon completion of oe, 18 months, and then the annual retention bonus starts at the end of year 2. If you want the Atp certificate with your type rating, you will need the cpt course, and it will reduce the first bonus to 5k (or you can get a commercial type or add on to an existing atp for the full 10k bonus).
