Global Girl was my student. She was extremely nice, a great student, and was a ton of fun to fly with.
I met her before I knew about her past. Seemed very nice, but very unqualified to fly the 172 we flew, much less a Global.
While I won't hold something she did when she was 17 against her (she was actually a victim too considering her age and circumstances) she shouldn't have tried to brand herself as a poster child for aviation. Women have enough challenges in this industry and the last thing they need is a fashion model who got a job flying jets at 250 hours with a questionable past representing them. Imagine if Tim Martins represented male pilots... that would suck.
