I have a CJO with Compass to start in the next few months and I have to agree with you that I am having a few second thoughts for the exact reasons you just stated. I also have a CJO with Endeavor and the more I read on here lately the tougher the decision becomes. I'm commuting from Delta's hometown and God willing I know either course will get me there in fairly short order. I didn't have any doubts until recently that I would absolutely be better off at Compass....
I'd also like to add that having to pony up $$ for travel and hotel for the 1 day orientation has to be an obstacle for some people, luckily I can afford it but certainly don't like it. I also have a year of 121 in the CRJ under my belt to consider being useful
