I agree with ten above statement . I've been here for little less then 4 years . And during this time it isn't the rules they place , (although I don't feel some are needed ) it's how they go about it thats scary to me , they didn't come up to anybody and say we have this many people showing up late to the aircraft causing delays . Or we have this many people calling in sick . We need a solution , work with us.
Nope , sick policy / commuter policy implanted over the weekend. And then try to pretend the email was sent on accident .
That shows a complete lack of respect for the pilot group . We are just a labor force to the upper scale of management . I don't mean that to be a drastic viewpoint towards management , it is simply business .
I don't understand why they implemented the Check in policy , they provide ZERO DATA , as to why they had to do this . The few hints they hinted at on the email do not explain it what's so ever .
