Man, honestly I think you're in denial. AWAC hasent signed a deal in over ten years, but they are "holding out" in the last 15 months? AA holds all the cards. 2 options I see are a merger with Mesa or PSA.
Only other option is half your planes are returned to the lessors, and the other half are retained and operated under another 1-2 year extension.
It's unfortunate, but any positive planning is just a desire, all the negative options are just smart business.
