And during this time it isn't the rules they place , (although I don't feel some are needed ) it's how they go about it thats scary to me , they didn't come up to anybody and say we have this many people showing up late to the aircraft causing delays . Nope , sick policy / commuter policy implanted over the weekend. And then try to pretend the email was sent on accident .
That shows a complete lack of respect for the pilot group . We are just a labor force to the upper scale of management . I don't mean that to be a drastic viewpoint towards management , it is simply business .
I don't understand why they implemented the Check in policy , they provide ZERO DATA , as to why they had to do this . The few hints they hinted at on the email do not explain it what's so ever .

We havent been here long enough to know the whole story 402- talk to any guy here over 5 years and youll get a better picture of whats going on. Ive been listening to those guys and learning how jb has taken from the pilots. Im actually happy here, just prepared for a fight to get what we deserve.
I wholeheartedly concur. I'm happy to be here as well but with eyes and ears wide open. This is a career airline iMHO and has incredible potential, but not without mutual respect for the profession and the role we play in the success of our airline. My 0.02c.
