Show up to day one of training not knowing any flows, and you might be re-polishing your resume within a week.
Learn the flows.
In your opinion what makes the training at Spirit the toughest Besides it being a compressed program with only 4 sims? Is it having to know all of the FO and captain flows and responsibilities?
