Screwed... Its highly unlikely that the NMB is going to proffer/release over hours of service. As has been pointed out ... there were several open items, the company agreed in principle to all but the hours of service section.. thus giving cover for CA Wells to say there is more open than just hours of service because the last proposal was all or nothing from 1224 at the insistence of the head of 1224. There are three ways this could go this week... the meetings result in sanity and a TA being signed off an offered to the pilots to accept or reject, the NMB could conceivably "park" us for 6 months, the proffer could be extended ... or they could do nothing... so actually 4 things. YES..the NMB could do nothing.
Lets all hope sanity reigns and some sort of agreement is reached.
