I'd rather quit than deal with having to cover BOTH seats with the way they staff things and can't plan for anything. You think QOL is bad now, it would be 100x worse when you could get extended, junior manned or reserve flying in the right seat as well.

If FO's want to "volunteer" for that abuse so they can upgrade sooner? Go right ahead, but I am sure as hell not doing it.
