Indy has been a rumor for a while and in my opinion it remains a top candidate along with Austin, TX. Indy currently meets the min departures per week to quality for a crew base on a year round basis (not counting seasonal routes). The current planning/rumors are no new bases until late summer 2017 at the earliest so new planes can transition MD80's out.
