I really think the PS/equity nonsense is a throwaway. IMO the wording seems aimed to upset/distract us. In any event IF midgetment gave themselves $200M in bonuses wouldn't that reduce the PS pool as well?? My confusion is why they put this silly piece of verbiage in at all. They can pretty much pay themselves whatever the BoD approves. I dunno. OFG
