Can't disagree with most, but Pedro allows Ric to act this way. Also he sets this tone, we need a guy that can talk to us, Pedro avoids us. When is the last time we've heard from Pedro, besides in recurrent when we have to watch that video. The man at the top sets the example. We are a hard working group with more experience them most. But we don't want to be crapped on. If we had a leader that said jump on my back and we'll kick ass, this group would. Unfortunately, Pedro allows Ric to make every action we do here a second guess followed by a punishment. He knows every move Ric makes and he allows it, this is enough for him to be removed. If they did just those two things Wednesday, that would be better then any small announcement they have. Getting the current group on board is the only way things will work here, right now as a group we are zeroing out their efforts on making this company work.
